Demand for affordable housing continues to outstrip supply.

One of the greatest hindrances to affordability is constrained supply and accessible housing options. Our mission, in partnership with local, state and federal programs, is to align incentives with renters, remove barriers to housing options, prevent displacement, and create more housing for communities with too few options. CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) incentives and the LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) help us to fulfill our commitment to affordability. Beyond creating affordability, we prioritize environmental efficiency by expanding sustainability measures, providing essential social services to enhance the quality of life for residents, as well as closely tracking energy and mechanical systems.
