Paolo Boero is a founding partner of Old Three Hundred Capital, LLC. His role as a managing partner includes primary responsibilities for the firm’s Investment, marketing and accounting areas, which includes valuation, financial modeling and reporting. Mr. Boero also oversees management of the firm’s property management company, Regency Property Management, and the firm’s construction company, OTH Construction Management.
Prior to founding Old Three Hundred Capital, Mr. Boero spent approximately six years in several investment roles in New York City. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Boero worked on the trading floor of a major Wall Street bank supporting the credit, interest rate and equity derivatives trading desks. Thereafter, he worked for a leveraged debt and private equity fund with approximately $260 billion under management. While at the fund, Mr. Boero’s responsibilities included supporting leveraged loan and high yield trading, portfolio modeling, structuring and valuation, and deal origination for the fund’s CLO’s, managed accounts and private equity investments.
Mr. Boero received a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in real estate finance and entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Science in economics from Dickinson College, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
William Gottfried is a founding partner of Old Three Hundred Capital, LLC. His role as a managing partner includes primary responsibilities for all fundraising, investor relations, and legal matters. Mr. Gottfried also oversees management of the firm’s property management company, Regency Property Management, and the firm’s construction company, OTH Construction Management. He plays a key role for the firm with respect to understanding Austin’s unique demographics, neighborhoods, communities, and housing stock. Mr. Gottfried is central to the firm’s ongoing fundraising activities, including the development of strategic investor and partner relationships.
Mr. Gottfried is a licensed attorney in Texas and a member of the State Bar of Texas with a specialization in real estate. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
